1.5 Residence Apartment

Your spacious, modern and comfortable 35 sqm residence apartment with 1.5 rooms offers plenty of space for one to six people and is centrally located at the front of our business and tourist hotel.

To make your stay with us as pleasant and relaxing as possible, your stylish apartment is equipped with two foldaway wall beds (90 cm x 200 cm each), a comfortable leather sofa, a modern flat-screen TV with satellite reception and internet access, and a wardrobe with luggage racks.

The daylight bathroom of your studio apartment has a shower and a hair dryer, as well as a washer dryer, an iron with ironing board, a towel heater and a clothes airer.

The apartment, which is suitable for long-term stays, has partly sloping ceilings and has its own doorbell.

In the fully equipped, open-plan kitchen, you will find all the utensils and appliances you need to cater for yourself. These include a modern ceramic hob with four rings, as well as an oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee pod machine and fridge/freezer. The kitchen is fully stocked with cutlery, plates and glasses.

All our apartments are non-smoking and are cleaned daily by our housekeeping staff!
